Crime Mapping

Crime map
Residents throughout South Wales have access to the latest local crime information through an interactive crime mapping website.

Using interactive map technology and force crime data, the maps will highlight by street level, above-or-below-average crime rates, allowing for a comparison to the same time the previous year.

Users will be able to zoom in on the map to see specific crime rates for their neighbourhood, or search by postcode to identify crimes including:

  • Burglary
  • Robbery
  • Vehicle crime
  • Violence against a person
  • Number of reports of anti-social behaviour
